By engaging with our services, submitting an application, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
CPD International Group provides Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation services for training providers, educational institutions, and organizations.
Our services include:
Review and evaluation of training programs
Allocation of CPD hours based on structured learning
Issuance of CPD accreditation and certificates
Ongoing listing and recognition (where applicable)
Important:
CPD accreditation provided by CPD International Group is a professional recognition service and does not constitute governmental licensing, academic accreditation, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated by a local authority.
3. Eligibility & Application
By applying for CPD accreditation, you confirm that:
All information provided is accurate and complete
You have the right to deliver the course(s) submitted
Your course includes defined learning objectives and structured content
We reserve the right to:
Request additional documentation
Approve or reject any application at our discretion
Suggest modifications to meet CPD standards
4. Accreditation Process
The accreditation process typically includes:
Submission of course materials
Internal review against CPD standards
Allocation of CPD hours
Issuance of accreditation (if approved)
Accreditation is granted based on the materials submitted at the time of review. Any significant changes to the course may require re-evaluation.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees must be paid in full prior to final accreditation approval
Fees are quoted based on scope (number of courses, institution-level, etc.)
Payments are non-refundable once the review process has started
In cases where an application is not approved:
Feedback may be provided
Re-submission may be allowed (at our discretion)
6. Use of Accreditation
Once accredited, you are granted the right to:
Display the CPD International Group accreditation logo
Promote your course as CPD-accredited
You agree to:
Use the accreditation in a truthful and non-misleading manner
Not imply governmental or regulatory endorsement
Maintain the quality and structure of the accredited course
We reserve the right to revoke accreditation if misuse is identified.
7. Renewal & Validity
Accreditation is valid for a defined period (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated)
Renewal may require updated materials and payment of renewal fees
Continued listing or recognition is subject to renewal compliance
8. Intellectual Property
All materials submitted remain the intellectual property of the provider.
By submitting materials, you grant CPD International Group the right to:
Review and assess the content
Reference the course for accreditation purposes
List your organization (name, course title) in our directory or communications
We do not reproduce or distribute your course content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
CPD International Group shall not be held liable for:
Business outcomes, sales performance, or enrollment results
Regulatory acceptance in specific countries
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our role is limited to evaluation and recognition of structured learning.
10. Compliance & Standards
We assess courses based on internal CPD standards, including:
Structured learning objectives
Defined duration and learning hours
Assessment or knowledge validation
Educational coherence and relevance
We do not guarantee acceptance by third-party regulators or authorities.
11. Termination & Revocation
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or revoke accreditation
Remove listings or recognition
If:
False or misleading information is provided
The course no longer meets CPD standards
Accreditation is misused
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Data & Privacy
We collect and process data necessary to:
Evaluate applications
Communicate with clients
Maintain records of accreditation
